I actually found Don through a recommendation from a neighbor, but he had great reviews across a variety of review platforms so decided to call him. Don responded immediately and came out to meet with me.

Don walked me through my options in detail. Not once did I feel like he was trying to upsell or push me to do more work. His prices are fair and reasonable and he and his son (it’s a father / son business) did a great job.

Don and his crew repaired some masonry and flashing on our chimney and replaced all our gutters. From our initial contact to the completion of the job, everyone at Hoover Roofing was professional and responsive.

My original quote was itemized with all the work requested so I fully understood what was going to be done — when the scope of work got larger than we originally discussed, Don was fair and fast in getting me updated prices. His crew was on time every day, did what they said they would, and cleaned up properly. Oh, and the work looks great.

Back in 1998 Don Hoover replaced our roof and did a first rate job. A decade and one-half later, a tree fell on our house and destroyed the roof. The contractor who repaired the roof left us with some problems. Don Hoover came back fixed up the roof. No problems since.
